Privacy Policy

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, phone number, delivery address, email address (if given), and any notes about your order. We do not collect payment card details on this website.

We use your information only to:

• Process, prepare and deliver your order;
• Communicate with you about your order over WhatsApp or email;
• Respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted courier and delivery partners as needed to fulfil your order, and where required by law.

Our website uses your browser's local storage to remember the items in your shopping cart. This information stays on your device.

We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It sets a cookie and tells Meta which pages of our website you visit, so we can see how well our Facebook and Instagram posts and ads work and show our garments to people likely to be interested. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy. You can control the ads you see in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, or block cookies in your browser.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information and retain it only for as long as necessary to fulfil your orders and meet our legal obligations.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at welcome@maruthizhai.org or maruthizhai@gmail.com.

For any privacy-related questions, reach us on WhatsApp at +91 93639 42056 or email welcome@maruthizhai.org or maruthizhai@gmail.com.
