Maruthizhai sells ready-to-wear boutique kurtis, co-ord sets and sarees, checked by us before listing. Please read our shipping and returns terms below before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation. We will keep you updated on your order status over WhatsApp or email.
Shipping & Courier Charges
We ship across India by courier (DTDC). Delivery is charged on every order, by where it is going. It is worked out from your PIN code and added at checkout, so the total you pay is the total you see.

Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.
If a size doesn't fit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability and the item being unused with tags attached. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
