Shipping & Returns

Made-to-order boutique pieces may take 7–10 working days to prepare before dispatch. We will keep you updated on your order status over WhatsApp or email.

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Courier charges are applicable and will be confirmed to you when we process your order, based on your delivery location and order weight.

Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

As our boutique items are often customized, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.

Customized or made-to-order boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, or once production of a made-to-order item has begun, it cannot be cancelled.
