Our products are handmade and natural. Slight variations in colour, texture, fragrance, weight and appearance between items — and from the photographs shown on this website — are natural and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Courier charges are additional and confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp or email. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or where order details cannot be verified.

Certain boutique items are customized or made to order based on your preferences. Please confirm your requirements carefully, as these items are prepared specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

All content on this website — including the Maruthizhai name, logo, text, and images — is the property of Maruthizhai and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.

Our products are intended for normal personal use. Please review ingredients if you have allergies or sensitivities. Maruthizhai is not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from misuse or from a known sensitivity to any ingredient.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
