Our boutique products are sourced from trusted makers and checked by us before listing. Sizes are marked S to 3XL on each listing. Slight variations in colour or shade between the product photograph and the item received can occur due to lighting and screen display, and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Courier charges are additional and confirmed at the time of order. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp or email. An order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including where a product is unavailable or where order details cannot be verified.

Please confirm your size and order details carefully at the time of booking. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible — contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp if you need to make a change.

Our products are intended for normal personal use. Maruthizhai is not liable for damage resulting from improper care, washing, or use outside of normal wear.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tamil Nadu.
